- Sometimes you may change your mind about the products you've purchased. Don't worry. We'll do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and seamless as possible.
- This policy applies provided that the product is in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition.
- Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item, provided the customer contacts the store management. The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the product exchange or return process.
- The website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason and at any time without consulting the customer or obtaining his consent to cancel the order.
- The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within seven days from the date of receiving the product, with an additional fee, provided that the product is packaged in its original condition.
- Before we accept an order, we may ask you to provide additional information or confirmations.

Provided that the product is unused, in good condition, with all tags intact and the original packaging intact and undamaged.
- The customer does not bear any costs for the exchange or return process in the event that the product was damaged during the shipping process or the product did not match what the customer ordered. Therefore, contact us via customer service [email protected] or via one of the communication methods available to the store, and the exchange or return process will be initiated according to the customer’s desire.
- If the customer wishes to return the order, it must be returned within seven days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition. The customer will bear the shipping fees, which are specified in the purchase invoice and return fees.
- If the purchase amount is paid via one of the electronic payment methods (Visa, Mada, MasterCard), and after the order reaches us and the product is verified to be safe, the amount will be returned to the same account within the period specified by the bank, which is from 7 to 14 working days.
- Pricing Information: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not accept or cancel any orders placed for products or services whose prices are incorrectly stated on the Site due to an error. In this case, we will send a notification to the customer via email or any other available means of communication, informing them of the error, and the order will be canceled. In addition, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to correct the error in the full stated price.
- Prices and Payment Policy: Prices include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by Okima on its website.
- Okima delivers products through shipping companies available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to our estimation, your order is expected to arrive within two (2) to fourteen (14) business days starting from the day your order is confirmed via email, depending on your region. The period may be longer than the specified time due to delays caused by shipping companies, which is beyond our control.
